Terms of Service
Introduction
By using or interacting with Hatenna (the "Bot") on Discord, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot. If you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you are under the age of majority, your legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Bot.
Acceptable Use
By using Hatenna, you agree not to engage in conduct that:
- violates these Terms, the Discord Terms of Service, the Poketwo Terms, or any applicable law or regulation
- uses the Bot to spam, flood, abuse, or disrupt servers, channels, users, or Poketwo-related gameplay
- engages in harassment, abuse, hate speech, impersonation, malicious behavior, or other harmful conduct
- attempts to exploit, probe, reverse engineer, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the Bot, its systems, or related infrastructure
- uses automation, exploits, scripts, self-bots, or manipulation in connection with Hatenna in a way that violates Discord rules, Poketwo rules, or these Terms
- uses Hatenna to support, facilitate, or assist conduct that violates Discord rules, Poketwo rules, or these Terms
- falsely represents affiliation with Hatenna, its developers, Poketwo, or Discord
- abuses OAuth, sync systems, feeds, leaderboards, daycare tools, or any other feature in a way that is deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized
Features and Service Use
Hatenna provides utility features related to Poketwo, including predictions, collections, shiny hunts, global sync, daycare tools, AFK systems, feeds, leaderboards, and server configuration tools. Some features may require stored feature state, supported Poketwo-related messages, or Discord OAuth authorization. You agree to use these features only for their intended purpose.
OAuth and Global Sync
Some Hatenna features, including global sync, may require Discord OAuth authorization. By using those features, you agree that Hatenna may use OAuth to determine which servers are relevant to the feature and to provide its intended functionality. You must not use another user's OAuth link, interfere with the OAuth process, or attempt to gain access to synced features in a way not intended by the Bot.
Availability and Changes
Hatenna is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, be limited, break, be removed, or become unavailable at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent data storage, or compatibility with all Discord, Poketwo, or third-party changes.
Termination and Enforcement
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently revoke access to Hatenna at any time, with or without notice, especially where we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused or misused Bot features, used Hatenna in connection with prohibited automation or exploitative behavior, supported violations by other users, or created risk to the Bot, its infrastructure, or its users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatenna and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, access, server configuration, feature state, or gameplay-related information arising from the use of or inability to use the Bot.
Third-Party Platforms
Hatenna operates through Discord and may interact with Poketwo-related content. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, policies, or changes of Discord, Poketwo, or any third-party service.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of Hatenna after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
